- The general meeting of the trustee board shall be held at least twice in a year. Moreever, if required the additional meeting shall be also held. The intimation regarding the meeting shall be given in such way at the respective time as decided by the Trustees. Generally the intimation shall be given before a week. But under special circumstances through the circular the requisition meeting can be held.
- For the working of the Trust in case of requirement Trustees can make the bye-laws shall be as under the respective Act in force, and shall be as under the respective Act at the respective time.
- The conditions as deem proper to the Trustees and shall decide the remuneration and can employ the salaries servants and can remove them or to dismiss them and can transfer or give them promotion.
- The Trustee Board out of the any immovable properties to exchange sale, mortgage, or transfer by gift or to give on rent to take on rent, etc whatever transaction required to be made can be made after obtaining the permission of the Charity Commissioner as under the Act prevailing at that time.
- The account of the trust can be opened in the name of Trust the Trustee board can open the account in the any recognized Bank.
- To get audited the Annual account and shall produce within time limit before Charity Commissioner’s Office and shall also give intimation regarding the changes made within time limit.
- The Management of this Trust shall be made as under the Act Prevailing at the respective time.
- In case of death of any Trustee or declare in solvent or give the resignation, or he himself not willing to work as Trustee in that case he shall be liable to be retired.
