The promoting body  is the “Jankalyan Kelavani Mandal, Shehara”. It is the registered public trust under the Bombay public trust Act. 1950 (29th of Bombay, 1950), since 1994 with registration number E-2460/Panch.
The main objective of the Jankalyan Kelavani Mandal is to establish and run an educational institutions.

The promoting body Jankalyan Kelavani Mandal is headed by Shri.Bhikhabhai Prajapati as a president. He has deep concern about the educational status of the society. He has conducted several program for the educational awareness and funded the scholarship to the needy students. He is also a president of the sister concern trust namely Jankalyan Charitable Trust, which runs the self financed collage of certificate in physical education, duly approved by NCTC, Bhopal and the state government of Gujarat.
