Panchmahal, all Age-Adult, Trustees, as shown in this deed handed over to them to make use for this purposes, and they have given the binding to act as under the rules shown hereinafter.

1} Name of Trust : The name shall be Shri Jankalyan kelvani Mandal. At. Shahera, Tal.Shahera, Dist. Panchmahal.

2} Office : At. & po. Tal.Shahera, Dist. Panchmahal and as under the requirement the changes can be made.

3} Jurisdiction : Shall be within all over Gujarat.
